An Artist's Thoughts

This is not technically well executed or anything, but for this one, it was more about getting this story, image, and emotion out of my head more than anything... I can say this piece comes from the heart :)

Laguna Beach

First time there, and I love it! managed to whip out a quick painting after the first time when the waves washed away half my stuff and interrupted my session.

Tom Sawyer

Had the super fun opportunity to collaborate on this piece with the amazing Christophe Lautrette, production designer at Dreamworks Animation! He sketched his piece and allowed me to paint it- hope I didn't screw it up too much :P I learned so much from working on this piece, and it helped me get out of my comfort zone:) Hopefully more of these collabs to come!

Arlington Garden II
